Required for the Essex Restaurant Group which operates as Le Benaix Bar & Brasserie, Rettendon, Chelmsford and Le Bouchon Brasserie and Hotel, Heybridge, Maldon. We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic floor and bar staff that exude a friendly personality to join our growing company team.

In this role you will be providing memorable dining experiences to our guests during all services throughout each day. You will be given training in order to become an experienced employee in the hotel and catering industry having worked in two of the finest establishments in Essex. After training you will have gained valuable knowledge in hospitality with further opportunities to rise through the ranks. Training for different roles include gaining expert knowledge of wines to become a Sommelier, cocktail training to become a Mixologist and service training to become Waiting Staff with future progression to Supervisor and Manager Roles.


Following on from our expert training you will have an excellent knowledge of our food and beverages menu, with which you will be advising our guests on our range of fine wines and champagnes to complement their dishes and enhancing their dining experience. This is great opportunity for someone who would like to begin a whole range of job opportunities in hotel management or restaurant management gaining a wide range in business knowledge in hospitality trade with room for progression into senior roles for the right candidate. This could lead to you eventuality one day opening your own business.

A range of flexible working hours are available with part-time and full-time opportunities. With wage packages from between £8-£14 per hour, depending on age and experience. Also available apprenticeship opportunities please enquire.
