Roast norfolk turkey with all the trimmings, apricot stuffing, sausage and bacon, turkey jus
Fillet of sea trout, clams, mussels, potato and tarragon broth.
Mushroom, spinach and pine nut wellington, roast potatoes and creamed spinach V
Crisp pork belly, scallop and lobster cream, pomme puree and buttered greens
Marinated roast cauliflower, root vegetables, squash puree V*
Slow cooked beef Bourignon, truffle pomme puree, honey roasted roots, red wine gravy
