Term & Conditions

A drinks package must be chosen for you and your guests as least 2 weeks before your event.
We require your full pre-order from your chosen menu 2 week before your event date.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per head will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment of your total bill is required 10 days before your event date.
A 10% service charge will be added to your bill for the benefit of all serving staff.
All of the service charge here at Le Benaix is distributed fairly between all staff.
We do ask for your full name, address and landline number of the organiser for security reasons.
If you choose to have a drinks tab we do require secure credit/debit card details.
All prices include 20% VAT
